Population:

Men between the ages of 18-65 in the reintegration stage of recovery from a substance use disorder

Services

• Room and board in a semi-independent, secure setting
• Case management
• Support groups/life skills groups/individual counseling
• AA/NA meetings
• Recreational activities
• Relapse prevention/intervention
• Gender-specific support
• Referral to vocational/educational and other community services
• Length of Stay: Dependent on individual needs & progress
• Referral Sources: Inpatient/outpatient providers
• Residents are expected to maintain a 30 hour-a-week recovery schedule consisting of: outpatient treatment, volunteering, educational programming and/or employment
