• Adult Day and Young Adult Day Intensive Programming for adult clients in early recovery;

• Adolescent program: specialized counseling for adolescent users and family;
• CAP Services – Children of Addicted Parents – ages 11-18;
• Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT) for individuals over age 19;
• Peer Support Services provide pre admission meetings, community connections, linkage to care;
• Vocational assistance;
• Medication Assisted Treatment – Suboxone and Vivitrol;
• Specialized services offered for Spanish-speaking clients

Outpatient Services with OTP

Lexington Center for Recovery has integrated our Peekskill Clinic and Peekskill Opioid Treatment Program to now offer an easy way for people to get the help they need from opioid and substance use disorders.

Our Outpatient Services with OTP includes counseling, Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT – Methadone, Suboxone and Vivitrol) and other therapies to help with both the physical and emotional aspects of addiction. This approach supports long-term recovery and overall well-being, making it easier for individuals to stay on track during their wellness journey. Lexington offers the following…

• Services provided by medical and behavioral health professionals
• Services include: comprehensive substance abuse and psychiatric assessments; individual counseling sessions; weekly group sessions; adolescent and family counseling sessions;
• Peer specialists on staff to provide individualized case management and recovery support services such as transportation, obtaining insurance and other benefits, arranging appointments and medical transportation, coordinating care and leading daily peer support groups
• Trauma focused individual therapy and groups including co-occurring recovery groups

• This program provides Methadone Maintenance, medical monitoring and counseling services to provide effective treatment for individuals struggling with opioids. We serve any adult using opiates/opioids who meet criteria for this form of treatment
• MAT services for opioid and alcohol use disorders and specialized groups to address co-occurring disorders, opioid use disorders, and specific needs for women and persons involved in the criminal justice system
• MAT patients receive an annual physical along with care coordinator for additional medical and psycho-social services within the community
